Dickens Journals Online is a free, open-access resource. The project is based at the University of Buckingham, which provides facilities and moral support, for which we are extremely grateful, but no ongoing funding. We have enjoyed grants from numerous organisations, in particular the Leverhulme Trust (2009-12), but we increasingly rely on gifts from members of the public.

Please support our website development and maintenance, as well as new educational and research projects. Donations are currently handled on our behalf by the University of Buckingham Foundation (a registered charity) and processed by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), allowing tax relief, via Gift Aid, on donations from UK taxpayers. Every penny donated this way will be received by DJO.
